Public use-case statement

BrandMilo is a social-content workflow for businesses and authorized agencies. Eligible users connect Facebook Pages or Instagram professional accounts through Meta’s official authorization. The service displays only accounts the user is permitted to manage, allows the user to prepare and review content, and submits approved content through official APIs. Users can disconnect access and request data deletion.

Availability

Meta-related integrations are Planned. Facebook and Instagram are not presented as unrelated authorization systems when implemented through the same Meta app and review process.

OAuth / authorization steps

  1. User clicks Connect Meta.
  2. Meta authorization presents requested permissions.
  3. Callback stores encrypted tokens and lists eligible Pages / Instagram professional accounts.
  4. User selects an eligible destination and prepares content.
  5. User reviews and explicitly publishes or schedules where supported.

Reviewer steps

  1. Show public website and policy links.
  2. Log into reviewer workspace (credentials only in Meta submission).
  3. Connect Meta and complete authorization.
  4. Show eligible Page or Instagram professional account.
  5. Demonstrate each requested permission in actual use (screencast).
  6. Publish a test item or complete the read operation.
  7. Show disconnect and Data Deletion / callback configuration evidence.
